The toughest job in the world- and the most thankless- is raising a tiny human into a not- so- tiny human. You are clueless, scared and heart-breakingly vulnerable. Nothing you do seems enough to you. You become hopelessly and obsessively paranoid. Yet you feel you must surely be the most careless parent the world has ever seen. You’d do anything to be loved by the little human. Perspective? What on earth is that?!
