Short Story Prompt #8:
I paced studiously in the lobby, my ringing steps proclaiming my peeve. I was never comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity. How are people okay with being helpless? The stooges who called themselves the ‘greatest minds’ in the field of science, were testing my patience.
I was not pleased.
