Every man is thrown, as it were, into a boisterous river of the activities of Nature. If he does not swim, if he tries to remain neutral, he will disappear from a world whose keynote is βStruggle!β The universal flux does not accommodate a stationary man. He who does not move forward with wisdom and discrimination,Β will surely drift backward- just another bit of flotsam caught in the current of delusion. But if he ceaselessly swims, he will reach land, safe from the raging river.

When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.

Sunday Morning: In Pictures
A picture speaks a thousand words they say, so this post speaks a lot π Lovely snaps, Dagny. Especially loved the liquid gold one.
Could I use one of them in the future for a post? With due credit of course π
Ooh. Got first π Super!
Haha…! Yeah, first again!
Surely you may Vinay! And thanks!
Stunning morning it must have been! What a lovely set of pictures. Like Vinay I also liked Liquid Gold a lot. And also the one you titled Stepping Up. There is something so inviting about it – as if the clarity of the morning after witnessing a beautiful sunrise is all that is needed to step up in life. Powerful words from Yogananda Paramhansa to accompany the pictures. I really want to see the film they made about him.
I’m not surprised you like Stepping Up. I too found the entire composition very exciting. The blues and whites are strangely energizing!
They made a film on Yogananda Paramhansa? I didn’t know! I want to watch it too!
Yes, see here for the info on the film – http://www.awaketheyoganandamovie.com/
Oh, that’s so sweet of you Beloo! Thanks!
Lovely clicks!
Amazing how nature will always continue to intrigue us even if we r hooked to our phones in our spare time…
Thank you Ruchira! π
Amazing captures Dagny. A sunrise is truly the most miraculous sight. And if you have a river too it’s a double treat. Each time I see pictures like these I promise myself I’ll make time for it each morning. And then the day takes over and I forget yet again. Thanks for this.
It is a double treat indeed Tulika. But to me a sunrise is a wonderful reminder of His bounty too. I soak it in almost every morning. π
